GRAEME HODGE

Graeme is a passionate advocate for education, training, and ethical leadership — values at the heart of Bloom Coffee Academy. As Global CEO of United World Schools (UWS), he leads life-changing work to end education poverty, rooted in his belief that learning has the power to transform lives.

With more than 30 years of experience spanning the Olympics, The Salvation Army, YMCA and grassroots social-justice initiatives, Graeme brings extraordinary depth of experience in developing people and creating opportunity.

At Bloom, Graeme uses his expertise to strengthen our mission as a social enterprise: training disadvantaged people as baristas, supporting employment at the London Living Wage, and equipping the next generation of hospitality professionals to thrive.

Guided by his core strengths — Communication, Strategic, Activator, Developer, and Relator — Graeme is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), recognised for his contribution to social progress and innovation.

DUNCAN PARKER

Duncan has a unique academic and professional background in the third sector and the commercial world. Duncan is passionate about blending commercial solutions to solve the worlds people and planet problems. After a successful career in Humanitarian Aid where he led the development arm of one of the worlds most recognised iNGOs, he moved into the then newly described Impact Investment industry enabling businesses that had a strong human impact to access much needed funds.

Duncan led the private equity-backed business, Ethical Good, which raised over £150m for purpose-led businesses and charities working with brands such as IMG, Pele, Seven Seas, Crowdfunder, Rathbones Bank, UNICEF and many more. Duncan now serves as the chairperson for Ethical Good, a company he led for 14 years prior to The 44 Group acquiring that business in 2023. Duncan now leads the 44 Group as their Group Managing Director.

The 44 Group invest in human flourishing, purpose-driven businesses and brands that support and inspire people to take charge of their health and improve their lives.

Duncan has a passion for making the world better, spending time with his family and friends and coffee…lots of coffee! He has founded two charities, was an Olympic Torch Bearer and is known for running ridiculous distances.
